摘要
为了确保通信工程项目的建设质量,提高项目施工效率和准确性,论文从通信工程项目管理的重要性入手,分析了项目管理中存在的难点问题,主要包括施工沟通、质量管理、成本控制、进度控制、风险控制五大方面,并提出了相应的解决对策。
In order to ensure the construction quality of communication engineering projects and improve the construction efficiency and accuracy of projects,this paper startswith the importance of communication engineering project management,analyzes the difficulties existing in project management,including construction communication,quality management,cost control,schedule control and risk control,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
