摘要
各玄府失养可导致围手术期患者发生多种应激反应,而中医药围手术期干预可有效预防应激反应,加速患者术后康复。此以气血津液、玄府学说为理论基础,提出“气血-玄府-气液”是围手术期应激反应的重要病机,以益气养血,开玄布津法为治疗大纲,探讨围手术期应激反应的中医药病症结合治疗,以期为临床上防治围手术期应激反应提供中医治疗新思路。
The loss of health in various Xuanfu can lead to various stress reactions in perioperative patients,and traditional Chinese medicine perioperative intervention can effectively prevent stress reactions and accelerate postoperative recovery of patients.Based on the theory of qi,blood,body fluid and Xuanfu,this paper put forward that qi and blood-Xuanfu-qi and fluid is an important pathogenesis of perioperative stress response.With the method of benefiting qi and nourishing blood,opening Xuanfu and dispersing body fluid as the treatment outline,this paper discussed the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of combination of disease and syndrome in perioperative stress response,in order to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of perioperative stress response in traditional Chinese medicine.
