黄芪多糖和牛磺酸饮水剂对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化功能、免疫指标和肠道屏障功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide and Taurine Drinking Agents on Growth Performance,Antioxidant Function,Immune Function and Intestinal Barrier Function in Broiler Chickens

摘要 为研究黄芪多糖和牛磺酸饮水剂对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化功能、免疫指标和肠道屏障功能的影响,试验选取180只AA+肉公雏随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期为42 d,于14~21日龄和28~35日龄期间,分别向3组饮水中各添加0、1和2 g/L黄芪多糖和牛磺酸饮水剂,其他时间常规饲养。于1、35和42日龄称量体重和余料重,计算生长性能;于21和35日龄采集外周血样品检测血清抗氧化及免疫功能指标;于35日龄采集空肠样品测定肠道免疫功能和肠道屏障功能指标。结果显示:饮水添加黄芪多糖和牛磺酸饮水剂对肉鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);1 g/L黄芪多糖和牛磺酸饮水剂显著提高21日龄肉鸡血清IgA含量(P<0.05),显著提高35日龄肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶、IgA和空肠黏膜sIgA含量(P<0.05),显著上调35日龄肉鸡空肠ZO-1 mRNA水平(P<0.05)。研究提示:1 g/L黄芪多糖和牛磺酸饮水剂显著提高肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶水平,增强体液免疫功能,上调空肠ZO-1基因表达量,且对肉鸡生长性能无不良影响。 This study was aimed to investigate the effects of drinking water supplemented with Astragalus polysaccharide and taurine drinking agents on growth performance,antioxidant function,immune function and intestinal barrier function of broil⁃ers.One hundred and eighty male AA+broiler chicks were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 10 chicks per replicate.The experimental period was 42 days.From 14 to 21 and 28 to 35 days of age,0,1 and 2 g/L of Astragalus polysaccharide and taurine drinking agents were added to the drinking water of the three treatment groups respectively,and con⁃ventional feeding was conducted for the rest of the time.The chickens and residual feed were weighed at 1,35 and 42 days of age to calculate the growth performance.The peripheral blood samples were collected at 21 and 35 days of age to test the serum anti⁃oxidant and immune function parameters.The jejunum samples were collected on 35 days of age to determine the intestinal im⁃mune function and intestinal barrier function parameters.The results showed that the drinking water supplemented with Astraga⁃lus polysaccharide and taurine drinking agents had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers(P>0.05).1 g/L Astrag⁃alus polysaccharide and taurine drinking agents could significantly increase serum IgA level of broilers at 21 days of age(P<0.05),significantly increase the levels of serum superoxide dismutase,serum IgA and jejunal mucosal sIgA of broiler chickens at 35 days of age(P<0.05),and significantly up-regulate the gene expression of ZO-1 in the jejunum of broilers at 35 days of age(P<0.05).It was concluded that the Astragalus polysaccharide and taurine drinking agents could increase the level of serum superoxide dis⁃mutase,enhance humoral immune function,and up-regulate the gene expression of ZO-1 in the jejunum,and had no adverse ef⁃fects on the growth performance of broiler chickens.
