摘要
由人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)引起的艾滋病已成为全球性重大公共卫生问题,影响了全球约7000万人。目前的高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(highly active anti-retroviral therapy,HAART)虽可抑制HIV,但不能完全根除病毒感染。临床研究显示中药及其复方能有效降低HIV病毒载量,减轻艾滋病病情,提高患者生活质量。从中药和天然药物中寻找优势骨架类型的活性分子已成为抗艾滋病药物研究的重要策略。本文围绕临床应用的抗HIV单品药物、临床应用的抗HIV中药复方、中药和天然药物中的抗HIV活性成分和作用机制等方面进行综述,为发现新型治疗艾滋病的药物提供有价值的参考。
AIDS,which is caused by the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),has become a major global public health problem, affecting an estimated 70 million people worldwide.Currently, highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) suppresses the HIV virus, but it does not eradicate the infection.Clinical studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicines and complex prescriptions can effectively reduce HIV viral load, alleviate AIDS disease and improve patients′ quality of life.It has become an important strategy to search for the active molecules with dominant skeleton types from traditional Chinese medicines and natural medicines.We reviewed the clinical application of anti-HIV drugs, anti-HIV traditional Chinese medicines and complex prescriptions, anti-HIV active ingredients and mechanisms of action in traditional Chinese medicines and natural medicines, providing valuable reference for the discovery of new drugs for AIDS.
