用于展陈空间的新型LED变色发光凝胶材料及应用效果

摘要 为获得更适用于展陈空间的暖白光照明材料,以五水硝酸锆、四(4-羧基苯)乙烯等为原材料,在锆金属有机框架内构建荧光团,制备一种发光凝胶材料,并对其性能和应用效果进行研究。结果表明,与有机配体材料相比,发光凝胶材料的最大吸收峰波长增大,在荧光寿命方面,发光凝胶材料荧光寿命增长到8.12μs,提高幅度为29.92%;发光凝胶材料在50 d去离子水浸泡后基本无Z r离子溶出现象,且浸泡70 d后的光学特性与未浸泡时差别较小,水稳定性较好。以该发光凝胶材料制备LED器件的色温和显色指数分别为3684 K、87.7,流明效率为80.26 Im/W,暖光照明好。 In order to obtain awarm white lighting materials more suitable for exhibition space,zirconium nitrate pentahydrate,tetra(4-carboxylphenyl)ethylene and other raw materials were used to construct fluorescent groups in the zirconium metal organic framework,and a luminescent gel material was prepared and its properties and application effects were studied.The results showed that compared with organic ligand materials,the maximum absorption peak wavelength of luminescent gel materials increased,and in terms of fluorescence lifetime,the fluorescence lifetime of luminescent gel materials increased to 8.12μs,with an increase of 29.92%.There was basically no Zr ion dissolution phenomenon after soaking in deionized water for 50 days,and the optical properties after soaking for 70 days had little difference from those without soaking,showing good water stability.The color temperature and color rendering index of the LED device were 3684 K and 87.7 respectively,and the luminous efficiency was 80.26 Im/W,showing good warm light illumination.
