摘要
在阐述相关畜禽养殖废弃物产生的不利影响的基础上,介绍了镜湖区畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用现状,分析了镜湖区畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用中存在的问题,提出了全面落实主体责任、拓宽筹资渠道、开展宣传培训、强化技术指导、坚持防治并重、加大执法监管力度等优化路径,为其他地区合理进行畜禽粪污资源化利用提供借鉴。
On the basis of explaining the adverse effects of related livestock and poultry breeding waste,the present situation of resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Jinghu District was introduced,and the existing problems in resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Jinghu District were analyzed.This paper put forward optimization paths such as fully implementing the main responsibility,broadening financing channels,carrying out publicity and training,strengthening technical guidance,emphasizing prevention and control,and intensifying law enforcement and supervision,so as to provide reference for other regions to rationally utilize livestock and poultry waste resources.
