摘要
欠处理地基上建成的物流仓库,在投入使用后库内地坪随地基沉降而产生较大变形,影响仓库正常使用并产生安全隐患。文中结合天津某欠处理地基物流仓库工程实例,通过地坪沉降实测和地基沉降及固结度理论计算,对欠处理地基沉降变形进行综合分析。研究结果表明,复合地基沉降计算时应充分考虑影响深度,避免处理深度不足而引起较大沉降;采用沉降与固结度联合计算分析软弱地基沉降较为可靠,为行业设计人员提供借鉴参考。
The logistics warehouse built on the under-treated foundation has a large deformation with the settlement of the foundation after it is put into use,which affects the normal use of the warehouse and causes safety hazards.Based on the engineering example of an under-treated foundation logistics warehouse in Tianjin,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the settlement deformation of under-treated foundation through the measurement of floor settlement,and the theoretical calculation of foundation settlement and consolidation degree.The results show that the influence depth should be fully considered in the calculation of composite foundation settlement to avoid the large settlement caused by insufficient treatment depth.It is reliable to use the combined calculation of settlement and consolidation degree to analyze the settlement of soft foundation,providing the reference for industry designers.
