摘要
目的探讨超声监测排卵指导备孕对腹腔镜输卵管妊娠保守性手术患者术后妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月揭阳市人民医院妇科确诊输卵管妊娠并行腹腔镜输卵管妊娠保守性手术的80例患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组术后自然妊娠,试验组术后超声监测排卵指导妊娠。比较两组患侧及对侧输卵管卵巢最低功能、随访1年宫内妊娠率及重复异位妊娠率。结果两组患侧最低功能评分、对侧最低功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组宫内妊娠率高于对照组,再次异位妊娠率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声监测排卵指导腹腔镜输卵管妊娠保守性手术术后妊娠,能提高宫内妊娠率及降低重复异位妊娠率。
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound monitoring ovulation and guiding pregnancy preparation on the pregnancy outcome of patients undergoing laparoscopic tubal pregnancy conservative surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with tubal pregnancy and conservative laparoscopic tubal pregnancy surgery in the gynecology department of Jieyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study ohjects.They were divided into test group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases each.The control group had natural pregnancy after operation,and the test group had ultrasound monitoring of ovulation to guide pregnancy after operation.The lowest function of the affected and contralateral fallopian tubes and ovaries of the two groups were compared,and the intrauterine pregnancy rate and repeated ectopic pregnancy rate were followed up for 1 year.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the lowest functional score of the affected side and the lowest functional score of the contralateral side(P>0.05).The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of recurrent ectopic pregnancy was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound monitoring ovulation can guide the pregnancy afer conservative operation of laparoscopic tubal pregnancy,which can improve the rate of intrauterine pregnancy and reduce the rate of repeated ectopic pregnancy.
