颅内静脉窦血栓形成动物模型制备的研究进展

摘要 颅内静脉窦血栓(CVST)是一种罕见的神经系统急症,如果不及时发现和治疗,具有很高的发病率和死亡率。由于其发病机制与缺血性脑卒中的发病机制不同,为了深入了解其发病机制及治疗还需进行动物实验。在现代神经科学研究中,CVST模型的动物和实验方法选择十分重要。目前CVST动物模型建立的方法众多,标准不一,模型复制率较低,给实验研究带来困惑,但每种模型均从不同的角度解释了CVST的病理生理学。因此,建立与CVST患者临床特征符合的动物模型对于制订标准化治疗策略至关重要。 Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)is a rare neurological emergency with high morbidity and mortality if not recognized and treated in time.Since its pathogenesis is different from that of ischemic stroke,animal experiments are required to gain insight into its pathogenesis and treatment.In modern neuroscience research,the selection of animals and experimental methods for CVST model is very important.Currently,there are numerous methods of CVST animal model establishment with different standards and low model replication rate,which brings confusion to the experimental research,but each model explains the pathophysiology of CVST from different perspectives.Therefore,the establishment of animal models that match the clinical characteristics of CVST patients is essential for the development of standardized treatment strategies.
