摘要
在数字经济快速发展的背景下,BIM技术与新一代信息技术集成应用是建筑行业发展的趋势。本文基于TOE理论框架,讨论BIM驱动的建筑企业数字化转型的影响因素,阐述BIM技术对建筑企业数字化转型的驱动机制,采用组态思维和模糊集定性比较方法(fsQCA)剖析由BIM驱动的建筑企业数字化转型的组态效应。研究结果表明存在四种类型、7种组态驱动模式助力建筑企业数字化转型。
In the context of rapid development of digital economy,the integrated application of BIM technology and new generation information technology is the trend of development in the construction industry.Based on TOE theoretical framework,this paper discusses the influencing factors of BIM-driven digital transformation of construction enterprises,elaborates the driving mechanism of BIM technology on digital transformation of construction enterprises,and adopts histological thinking and fuzzy set qualitative comparison method(fsQCA)to analyze the histological effects of digital transformation of construction enterprises driven by BIM.The research results show that there exist four types and seven histological driving modes tohelp the digital transformation of construction enterprises.
