摘要
以ZSM-5分子筛为研究对象,结合各类表征手段,探究了脱铝处理(水蒸气处理、无机酸处理、混合酸处理)对分子筛结构及酸性质的影响。通过混合酸处理能降低分子筛表面强B酸位点的量,在调变了酸性性质的同时,还保证了分子筛孔道的畅通。在甲苯歧化反应中,经混合酸后处理的分子筛具有与未处理样品相当的转化率,以及更高的二甲苯选择性和更低的芳环损失率。
ZSM-5 zeolites were studied to explore the influences of different dealumination treatments,namely steam treatment,inorganic acid treatment and acids-mixed treatment,on the structure and acidity of zeolites.The acids-mixed treatment could not only reduce the amount of strong Bronsted acid sites on zeolites,but also ensure the opening of pores of zeolites while adjusting the acidic properties.In toluene disproportionation reaction,the acids-mixed treated zeolites had a conversion rate comparable to the untreated sample,as well as higher xylene selectivity and lower aromatic ring loss rate.
