摘要
通过政府安全监管部门委托第三方安全技术服务机构开展对企业安全生产责任制审计工作机制,帮助企业主要负责人构建安全认知理念,推动企业主要负责人参照安全生产相关法律法规要求履职尽责,从而对企业整体安全管理产生积极影响,进而提高风险防控能力,防范生产事故的发生,为社会稳定发展作出积极贡献。
In this paper,the government safety supervision department entrusts the third-party safety technical ser-vice organization to carry out the audit mechanism of enterprise safety production responsibility system,to help the principal responsible person of the enterprise to build a safety awareness concept and perform his duties according to the relevant laws and regulations on safety production,so as to have a positive impact on the overall safety manage-ment of the enterprise,and thus to improve the risk prevention and control ability,prevent the occurrence of production accidents and make positive contributions to the stable development of society.
