摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病重要的并发症之一,发病机制复杂,目前尚未完全阐明。上皮间充质转化(EMT)在DN的发生发展中发挥重要作用。糖原合成激酶-3β(GSK-3β)通过多个信号转导通路参与EMT过程,影响DN的发生进展。本文就GSK-3β参与DN中EMT的相关机制研究进展进行综述。
Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the most important complications of diabetes.Its pathogenesis is complex and has not been fully elucidated.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)plays an important role in the development of DN.Relevant data show that glycogen synthesis kinase-3β(GSK-3β)participates in the process of EMT through multiple signaling pathways and affects the occurrence and progression of DN.This article reviews the research progress of GSK-3βinvolved in EMT in DN.
