摘要
为解决宽幅现浇梁在跨越道路交叉口时的支架设计难题,以杭州市通城大道快速路(机场高速—通彩互通)工程宽幅现浇箱梁施工为例,提出了2种不同的门洞式支架方案,建立其力学简化模型,对其整体受力、变形和稳定性进行验算。结果表明,方案A和方案B的分配梁和贝雷桁架主梁的验算结果一致,而采用方案A需要对圆心钢管的验算指标较多,需要满足截面正应力、柔度和压弯构件正应力的要求;方案B只需对贝雷桁架立柱做抗剪强度验算即可,且贝雷桁架具有装配化的优点,可以快速安装,稳定性强,在实际工程中可以优先选用方案B:贝雷桁架立柱式门洞支架。
In order to solve the problem of bracket design for wide cast-in-place beams crossing road intersections,taking the construction of wide cast-in-place box beams on Tongcheng Avenue Expressway(Airport Expressway Tongcai Interchange)in Hangzhou as an example,two different door opening bracket schemes were proposed,and their mechanical simplified models were established to verify their overall stress,deformation,and stability.The results show that the calculation results of the distribution beam and the main beam of the Bailey truss in Scheme A and Scheme B are consistent.Adoption of Scheme A requires more calculation indicators for the circle center steel pipe,which needs to meet the requirements of section normal stress,flexibility,and bending component normal stress.Option B only needs to perform shear strength verification on the Berey truss columns,and the Berey truss has the advantages of assembling,which can be installed quickly and has strong stability.In practical engineering,Option B:Berey truss column type door opening support can be preferred.
