潮州市道路粉尘中重金属污染特征和健康风险评价

Heavy metal pollution and health risk assessment in road dust of Chaozhou City,Southern China

摘要 本研究以潮州市道路粉尘为研究对象,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)分析粉尘中重金属(Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn和Ni)的王水提取态含量,并进一步采用污染负荷指数法(PLI)、多元统计分析以及健康风险评价法探讨其污染现状、来源以及健康风险。结果表明:潮州市道路粉尘中重金属含量空间分布极不均匀,尤其是Cr;总体而言,粉尘中重金属处于中度污染水平;重金属主要来源于交通污染,其次是工业污染;健康风险评估结果表明道路粉尘中Cr具有较高的致癌和非致癌风险,暗示着有必要在潮州市城区开展重金属污染的防治工作。 In this study,road dust was collected from Chaozhou City,Southern China.All samples were digested by aqua regia(HNO_(3):HCl=1:3v/v).Heavy metals,such as Cu,Pb,Zn,were analyzed by Ionization Couple Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES).The characteristics of the analyzed results were combined with multivariate statistical analysis,pollution load index,and health risk assessment to reveal the spatial distribution,potential sources and human health risk.The results indicated that there were large spatial variations of the heavy metals in road dust of Chaozhou City,especially for Cr.Heavy metal pollution was generally in moderate level.Elevated heavy metals in road dust mainly originated from traffic pollution,followed by industrialized activities.The results of health risk assessment indicated that heavy metal in road dust,Cr posed carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks.It is suggested that the strictly strategies of heavy metal preventions and controls should be carried out in Chaozhou City.
