侧出湿式静电除尘器流场优化研究

摘要 针对湿式静电除尘器在实际工程中存在内部烟气偏流的问题,利用Ansys fluent软件对某电厂300 MW机组侧出湿式静电除尘器(以下简称除尘器)内部流场分布特性进行模拟,对导致烟气偏流的关键因素进行预测,以入口烟气分布均匀性和维持系统压损为优化标准,对除尘器入口导流装置进行结构调整,并通过工程案例进行可行性验证。结果表明,在常规圆环形均流板上方铺设板条进行封堵,能够有效改善烟气偏流现象,提高烟气分布均匀性,阳极管束区域速度分布偏差系数CV由0.31降低至0.18,整体除尘效率由86.2%提高至92.4%。 Aiming at the problem of internal flue gas bias flow of wet electrostatic precipitators in practical engineering,the Ansys fluent software is used to simulate the flow field distribution characteristics in the side-outlet wet electrostatic precipitator(hereinafter referred to as precipitator)of a 300 MW unit in a power plant.The key factors causing flue gas deviation are predicted,and the inlet guide device of the precipitator is adjusted based on the optimization criteria of inlet flue gas distribution uniformity and maintaining system pressure loss,and the feasibility verification is conducted through engineering cases.The results show that laying flat noodles above the conventional annular flow equalizer for plugging can effectively improve the flue gas bias and improve the uniformity of flue gas distribution.The deviation coefficient CV of velocity distribution in the anode tube bundle area is reduced from 0.31 to 0.18,and the overall dust removal efficiency is increased from 86.2% to 92.4%.
