摘要
采用薄膜分散法对石斛花挥发油脂质体进行制备。以脂质体的包封率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验考查配方中组分的不同比例、不同水化温度对脂质体的影响。结果表明,当水化温度为40℃,挥发油和卵磷脂质量比为1∶2,卵磷脂和胆固醇质量比为3∶1,加入pH值为7.2的磷酸盐缓冲溶液10 mL时,石斛花挥发油脂质体的成型性最好,包封率最佳,为56.45%。
The lipossome was prepared by thin film dispersion method,and the influence of different proportions and hydration temperature of the components in the formulation was investigated.The results showed that when the hydration temperature was 40℃,the mass ratio of volatile oil and lecithin was 1∶2,the mass ratio of lecithin and cholesterol was 3∶1,10 mL phosphate buffer solution of pH 7.2 was added,the formation of the best encapsulation rate was 56.45%.
