四川省酿酒小麦区域试验参试品种现状初步分析

Preliminary Analysis of The Present Situation of The Varieties in The Regional Test of Brewing Wheat in Sichuan Province

摘要 【目的】为了解四川省酿酒小麦区域试验参试品种现状,梳理痛点卡点,明确育种方向与重心。【方法】利用2021—2022年度四川省酿酒小麦区域试验3个试验点近红外品质检测结果及农艺性状数据,采用统计学方法对参试品种进行比较分析。【结果】11个品种粗蛋白含量均值为11.63%,淀粉含量均值为68.17%,湿面筋含量均值为28.10%,Zeleny沉降值均值为31.66 mL;粗蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、Zeleny沉降值三者相互间存在极显著正相关,而与淀粉含量均为极显著负相关。方差分析结果显示,4个品质指标在地点间、品种间、地点×品种均存在极显著差异,地点影响大于品种。地点间比较结果,粗蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、Zeleny沉降值3个指标高低顺序均为崇州>绵阳>新都,而淀粉含量高低为新都>绵阳>崇州。品种间4个品质指标也存在规律性的差异,与相关分析结果一致。聚类分析结果表明,11个品种可分为4类,数量最多的两类均与高产有关;类型丰富,但缺少聚焦。【结论】酿酒小麦育种与研究尚处于摸索阶段,尚未建立针对性的筛选体系,未来仍有较长的探索之路。 【Objective】The objective of this study is to understand the current situation of brewing wheat varieties in regional tests aiming at identifying the problem pain points and providing a reference for brewing wheat breeding.【Method】The near-infrared quality detection results and agronomic traits data of three experimental points in the 2021—2022 Sichuan Provincial Brewing Wheat Regional Trial were retrieved for comparative analysis of the tested varieties using statistical methods.【Result】The results showed that the average crude protein content of 11 varieties was 11.63%,the average starch content was 68.17%,the average wet gluten content was 28.10%,and the average Zeleny sedimentation value was 31.66 mL.Crude protein content,wet gluten content,and Zeleny sedimentation value were significantly and positively correlated but negatively correlated with starch content.The analysis of variance results showed that there were extremely significant differences in the four quality indicators among locations,varieties,and locations×varieties,with locations having greater impact than varieties.The comparison results between locations showed that the order of crude protein content,wet gluten content,and Zeleny sedimentation value was the same:Chongzhou>Mianyang>Xindu,while that of starch content was Xindu>Mianyang>Chongzhou.There were also regular differences in the four quality indicators among varieties,which was consistent with the results of relevant analysis.The clustering analysis results showed that the 11 varieties can be divided into 4 categories,two of which containing largest number were related to high yield.Although there are various types,there is a lack of dominant one(s).【Conclusion】Brewing wheat breeding and research are still in the exploratory stage,and a targeted screening system has not yet been established.There is still a long way to explore in the future.
