摘要
阳极焙烧炉周墙通过采用轻质、低导热、高强度、长寿命的新型保温材料并优化配套砌筑结构是未来炭素行业实现绿色低碳、节能减排目标的有效途径之一。通过焙烧炉周墙结构优化、温度分布、散热和蓄热计算等综合对比分析,论证了新型保温材料在焙烧炉运行工况下的应用可行性,并结合理论计算和现场生产实践,提出了优化建议和注意事项。
One of the effective ways for the carbon industry to achieve green,low-carbon,energy-saving and emission reduction goals in the future is to use lightweight,low thermal conductivity,high strength,and long life new insulation materials and optimize the supporting masonry structure for the surrounding walls of the anode baking furnace.Through the comprehensive comparative analysis of the optimization of the surrounding wall structure,temperature distribution,heat dissipation and heat storage calculation of the anode baking furnace,the feasibility of the application of new thermal insulation materials under the operating conditions of the anode baking furnace is demonstrated,and the optimization suggestions and precautions are put forward in combination with the theoretical calculation and on-site production practice.
