摘要
从成果形式看,文科实验室成果可分为学术性产出、服务性产出和技术性产出三种类型,分别通过政府购买服务、校企合作共同研发、实验室自主开发等渠道进行成果转化。该文详细分析了文科实验室成果转化困境及影响因素,提出面向社会发展需求聚焦“问题域”、面向成果质量提升打造“技术集”、面向产学研一体化形成“转化链”、面向成果转化保障构建“制度圈”,以高效率成果转化提升文科实验室服务社会经济发展的能力。
From the perspective of the form of results,the results of liberal arts laboratories can be categorized into 3 types:academic output,service output and technical output,which are transformed through the channels of government-purchased services,joint research and development in cooperation with universities and enterprises,and independent development of laboratories.This paper analyzes the predicament and factors affecting the transformation of the results of liberal arts laboratories in detail,and proposes to focus on the“problem domain”for the needs of social development,to create the“technology set”for the improvement of the quality of the results,to form the“transformation chain”for the integration of industry,academia and research,and to guarantee the transformation of the results,so as to enhance the ability of liberal arts laboratories to serve the social and economic development with high efficiency results transformation.
