摘要
目的讨论治疗局部晚期乳腺癌患者时落实新辅助化疗方案的成效及临床意义。方法选取2020年1月—2023年2月山南市人民医院局部晚期乳腺癌患者80例,根据随机数表法分为对比组、研究组,各40例,两组均实施手术方案治疗,对比组患者术后行化疗,研究组术前执行新辅助化疗方案,比较两组治疗成效。结果研究组总有效率为92.50%,高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05)。研究组随访3个月、随访6个月的局部复发率、远处转移率均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗6个月后的总体生活质量评分、总体健康评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用手术为局部晚期乳腺癌患者实施治疗前,以新辅助化疗方案进行三周期治疗,确定符合指征后行手术疗法,可以提升治疗成效,降低复发率及病灶转移率,在改善患者生存质量方面有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness and clinical significance of implementing neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with locally advanced breast cancer in Shannan People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into comparison group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received chemotherapy after operation,and the study group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05).The local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate of the study group at 3 months and 6 months follow-up were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall quality of life score and overall health score of the study group after 6 months of treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Before using surgery to implement treatment for patients with locally advanced breast cancer,three cycles of treatment with neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen and surgical therapy after determining compliance with the indications can enhance the effectiveness of treatment,reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis of the lesions,which is of great significance in improving the quality of survival of patients.
