摘要
介绍了国内外柴油加氢技术的现状。国外技术包括UOP公司的MQD联合精制技术、Axens的Prime-D柴油加氢脱硫技术、Lummus Global公司的SynSat/SynShift技术和Topsoe公司的HDS/HAD柴油加氢技术。国内技术包括石科院的RTS柴油深度加氢脱硫技术、抚研院的FHUDS系列柴油深度加氢脱硫技术和中石油石化院的PHF系列及PHU系列技术。介绍了中国石油柴油加氢精制及改质技术催化剂,并举例说明工业应用情况。
The status quo of diesel oil hydrogenation technology at home and abroad was introduced.Foreign technologies include UOP's MQD combined refining technology,Axens'Prime-D diesel hydrodesulfurization technology,Lummus Global's SynSat/SynShift process technology and Topsoe's HDS/HAD diesel hydrogenation technology.Domestic technologies include RTS diesel deep hydrodesulfurization technology of RIPP,FHUDS series diesel deep hydrodesulfurization technology of FRIPP and PHF series technology and PHU series technology of PRI.The hydrofining and upgrading technology of PetroChina diesel oil was emphatically introduced,and the industrial application was explained.
