摘要 内燃机工作时燃料在内燃机气缸内燃烧产生的热量,一部分转化为曲轴的有效功,对外克服阻力矩做功,一部分以传热的方式,经过燃烧室壁面由冷却介质散失到缸外,其余的随排气排出。本文将四冲程内然机即将排出的工作废气暂不排出,对其进行压缩,在接近压缩终点时喷入水雾,水雾与缸内高温高压废气接触,急剧汽化,使缸内工质温度降低,压力升高而推动活塞再次做功,不需加燃料,全部做功的能源均由工作废气提供从而提高内燃机热效率和经济性。 During the operation of an internal combustion engine,the heat generated by the combustion of fuel in the cylinder is partially converted into the effective work of the crankshaft,which overcomes the resistance moment to do work externally,part of it is dissipated through the combustion chamber wall through the cooling medium to the outside of the cylinder through heat transfer,and the rest is discharged with the exhaust。This article temporarily does not discharge the working exhaust gas that is about to be discharged from the four stroke internal combustion engine,and compresses it,as it approaches the compression end point,water mist is sprayed into the cylinder,which contacts the high-temperature and high-pressure exhaust gas,causing rapid vaporization,this reduces the temperature of the working fluid in the cylinder,increases the pressure,and pushes the piston to do work again without adding fuel.all the energy for work is provided by the working exhaust gas,thereby improving the thermal efficiency and economy of the internal combustion engine.
