摘要
以CaO-SiO_(2)-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)系含钛高炉渣为研究对象,分别研究TiO_(2)和MgO质量分数对含钛高炉渣结晶行为的影响。结果表明:在1500℃时没有晶体析出,渣系主要以玻璃相存在;当温度为1460、1420和1380℃时,析出的晶体主要为镁铝尖晶石相和(或)钙钛矿相;当TiO_(2)质量分数由10%增加至25%时,镁铝尖晶石相的析出温度明显降低,钙钛矿相的析出温度升高;当MgO质量分数由10%增加至14%时,镁铝尖晶石相的析出温度明显提高,钙钛矿相的析出温度没有明显改变,但钙钛矿相的析出比例增加。
This paper takes CaO-SiO_(2)-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)in titanium-bearing blast furnace slag as the research objects,and studies the effect of TiO_(2)and MgO mass fractions on the crystallization behavior of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag.The results show that the slag mainly exists as a glass phase and no crystals precipitate at 1500℃.When the temperature is 1460,1420,and 1380℃,the precipitated crystals are mainly the Mg-Al spinel phase and/or perovskite phase.When the mass fraction of TiO_(2)increases from 10%to 25%,the precipitation temperature of the Mg-Al spinel phase decreases significantly,and the precipitation temperature of the perovskite phase increases.When the mass fraction of MgO increases from 10%to 14%,the precipitation temperature of the Mg-Al spinel phase remarkably increases,and the precipitation temperature of the perovskite phase does not change,but the precipitation proportions of the perovskite phase increases.
