摘要
目的 分析协同家庭的护理在小儿肺炎干预中应用效果,探讨该护理模式对患儿负性情绪和治疗仪从性的影响。方法 简单随机选取2021年3月—2023年4月泉州第一医院收治的80例小儿肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照住院号单双数分组,将住院号单数者纳入参照组(40例),将住院号双数者纳入研究组(40例)。参照组实施常规护理,研究组在参照组护理基础上实施协同家庭护理。对比两组患儿护理效果。结果 护理后,两组负性情绪评分低于护理前,研究组抑郁评分、焦虑评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组依从率为95.00%,高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。护理后,研究组生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用协同家庭的护理在小儿肺炎干预中可以改善患儿的负性情绪,提高其治疗依从性,促进生活质量提升。
Objective To analyze the application effect of collaborative family care in pediatric pneumonia intervention,and to explore the effect of this care model on children's negative emotions and treatment adherence.Methods 80 pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research subjects.They were grouped according to the odd or even number of hospitalization numbers,and those with odd or even numbers of hospitalization numbers were included in the reference group(40 cases)and those with even numbers of hospitalization numbers were included in the study group(40 cases).The reference group implemented routine care,while the study group implemented collaborative home care on the basis of the reference group care.Compared the nursing effects of two groups of pediatric patients.Results After nursing,the negative emotional scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,while the depression and anxiety scores of the study group were lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the compliance rate of the study group was 95.00%,higher than the reference group's 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of collaborative family care in pediatric pneumonia intervention can improve the negative emotions of children,improve their treatment compliance,and promote the quality of life.
