摘要
随着新工科建设的不断深入,实验教学、科学研究中的探索性实验会越来越多,具有高安全风险的实验操作不断增加,实验室安全风险和管理难度不断增加.高校化学实验安全系列课程应该如何在这场变革中起承转合以及如何做出调整与适应,完成重构学生基础与专业间衔接的任务,需要教学工作者进行深入的思考与探索.以辽宁师范大学化学化工学院为例,总结归纳现有的实验安全教育管理体系在新工科背景下的局限性,提出从夯实安全制度,丰富安全宣传,完善安全教育体系,构建安全监督体系和建设数字化危化品管理平台5方面充实管理体系,从而真正提高实验室安全管理水平.
With the deepening of the construction of new engineering disciplines,there will be more and more exploratory experiments in experimental teaching and scientific research,more and more experimental operations with high safety risks,and more and more laboratory safety risks and management difficulties.How the series of chemistry laboratory safety courses in colleges and universities should evolve and integrate in these changes,how to make adjustments and adaptations,and how to complete the task of reconstructing the connection between students’foundation and majors requires in-depth thinking and exploration by teaching staff.Taking the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Liaoning Normal University as an example,this paper summarizes the limitations of the existing management system of laboratory safety education system under the background of“new engineering”,and proposes to enrich the management system from the five aspects of consolidating the safety system,enriching the safety publicity,perfecting the safety education system,constructing the safety supervision system and building the digital hazardous chemicals management platform.It is proposed to enrich the management system by strengthening the safety system,enriching the safety publicity,perfecting the safety education system,building the safety supervision system and constructing the digital hazardous chemical management platform,so as to improve the safety management level of laboratory.
