PRP技术应用于难愈性伤口的效果观察和护理对策探讨

Observation on the Effect of PRP Technology Applied to Refractory Wounds and Discussion on Nursing Countermeasures

摘要 目的分析探究难愈性伤口患者治疗期间应用PRP技术(富血小板血浆)所取得的效果,探讨相关护理对策。方法以2019年8月至2023年4月中山市东升医院收治的56例难愈性伤口患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法均匀划分为对照组和观察组。对照组治疗期间应用常规清创换药疗法,观察组采取PRP技术,观察临床效果,评估创面愈合情况、VAS评分、PUSH评分、炎性因子指标、创面修复因子、不良反应发生率。结果在连续治疗2周以后评估患者创面愈合情况,其中与对照组进行比较,观察组创面愈合率较高,且所用创面完全愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。在采取治疗手段前,两组间VAS评分测定数值对比未见较大差异(P>0.05);落实相应的治疗方案后,VAS评分测定数值显示为观察组偏低,和对照组之间的差异为P<0.05。两组别入组对象治疗前PUSH评分对比差异为P>0.05;实施相应治疗方案后,观察组PUSH评分偏低,和对照组之间存在较大差异(P<0.05)。应用相应的治疗手段前,对两组间白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平展开统计学分析,统计结果为P>0.05;落实相应的治疗方案以后,患者机体炎性因子水平得到有效控制,观察组各指标评分较低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者创面修复因子经统计学分析无显著差异(P>0.05),采取治疗措施以后,观察组创面修复因子高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应测定结果显示为观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论难愈性伤口患者治疗期间应用PRP技术具有理想的抑菌效果,可促进伤口愈合,有利于改善疼痛症状以及减轻机体炎性因子水平,具有较高的安全性以及可行性。 Objective To analyze and explore the effect of PRP technology(platelet-rich plasma)in patients with refractory wounds during treatment,and to explore relevant nursing countermeasures.Methods From August 2019 to April 2023,56 patients with refractory wounds in Dongsheng Hospital of Zhongshan City were taken as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional debridement and dressing change,while the observation group was treated with PRP technique to observe the clinical effect and evaluate the wound healing,VAS score,PUSH score,inflammatory factors,wound repair factors and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The wound healing of patients was evaluated after 2 weeks of continuous treatment,and the wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the complete healing time of the wound used of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of VAS scores between the two groups was P>0.05;After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were compared,and the observation group had a lower,P<0.05.The comparison of PUSH scores between the two groups before treatment was P>0.05;After treatment,the PUSH scores of the two groups were compared,and the observation group had a lower P<0.05.The comparison of white blood cell count and C-reactive protein levels between the two groups before treatment was P>0.05;After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were effectively controlled,and the levels of various indicators in the observation group were relatively low,P<0.05.The comparison of wound repair factors between the two groups before treatment was P>0.05;After treatment,the level of wound repair factors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the comparison result was P<0.05.Conclusions PRP technology has an ideal bacteriostatic effect during the treatment of refractory wounds,which can promote wound healing,improve pain symptoms and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body.It has high safety.
