摘要
“三全育人”的核心是全员、全过程、全方位育人,而高校后勤服务机构也是落实“三全育人”目标的重要主体。后勤服务机构涵盖的方面广,有学生餐饮、宿舍等生活化服务,还有教学场所、科研保障等专业性服务。高校后勤服务育人,要聚焦广大学生的各项需求,突出服务育人的广泛性、灵活性、多样性,提升后勤服务育人质量和效能,真正担当起育人职责,促进大学生全面发展。
The core of"three comprehensive education"is the whole staff,the whole process and all-round education,and the logistics service institutions of colleges and universities are also an important subject to implement the goal of"three comprehensive education".Logistics service institutions cover a wide range of aspects,including student catering,dormitory and other daily life services,as well as teaching places,scientific research support and other professional services.Logistics service education in colleges and universities should focus on the needs of the majority of students,highlight the extensiveness,flexibility and diversity of service education,improve the quality and efficiency of logistics service education,truly assume the responsibility of educating people,and promote the all-round development of college students.
