摘要
社会服务是高职院校办学质量的体现,也是“双师型”教师提升水平的重要平台。该文以动物医学专业为例,分析本专业“双师型”教师队伍的建设现状和存在的问题,通过调查专业相关企业、政府、个人对学校、专业教师和学生培养的要求,给出如何通过社会服务为媒介,建设高职院校“双师型”教师队伍,提升“双师型”教师的社会服务水平,并提出可操作性的建议。
Social service is a reflection of the quality of higher vocational colleges and an important platform for improving the level of“double-qualified”teachers.The article takes the field of animal medicine as an example to analyze the current situation and existing problems in the construction of the“double-qualified”teacher team in this field.By investigating the requirements of professional enterprises,governments,and individuals for the training of schools,professional teachers,and students,it provides suggestions on how to use social services as a medium to build a“double-qualified”teacher team in vocational colleges,improve the social service level of“double-qualified”teachers,and put forward actionable suggestions.
