摘要
对于热处理炉热处理效率提升方向进行探讨,从炉体设计出发提出提高加热效率的可行性方案,并根据方案进行炉体改造。最后,从均匀性、升温效率等方面对于实施效果进行验证。
The article discusses the directions of heat treatment efficiency improvement for heat treatment furnace,proposes a feasible solution from the perspective of furnace de⁃sign,and the modification based on the solution has been carried out.Finally,the effect of the implementation was verified from the uniformity,heating efficiency and other aspects.
