摘要
电池储能作为电能存储的重要形式,功率和能量可根据需求灵活配置且响应速度快。针对两级式储能双向变流器,在宽电压输入范围的情况下,提出通过外部配置电路,在110V/220V两种不同的工况输入下将后级LLC谐振变换器分别配置为全桥LLC和半桥LLC,这样使得在220V市电输入时,母线电压经半桥LLC后降低为原来的一半,功率管开关损耗相应减小,整机效率得以提升。为验证该设计合理性,通过建立Plecs仿真模型、搭建实验样机对该选配电路和控制策略进行验证。结果表明,通过选配后级LLC全桥/半桥电路,减少系统开关管损耗和PFC电感的交流损耗,可以有效提高整机效率。
Battery energy storage is an important form of electrical energy storage,with flexible power and energy configuration and fast response time according to demand.In this paper,for two-stage energy storage bi-directional converter,in the case of wide voltage input range,we propose to configure the rear stage LLC resonant converter as full-bridge LLC and half-bridge LLC respectively under two different working conditions of 110V/220V input by external configuration circuit,so that the bus voltage is reduced to half of the original one after half-bridge LLC in 220V mains input,and the power tube switching loss correspondingly reduced,the efficiency of the machine can be improved.In order to verify the rationality of the design,the optional circuit and control strategy are verified by building a Plecs simulation model and an experimental prototype.The experimental results show that the efficiency of the whole machine can be effectively improved by reducing the switching losses of the system and the AC losses of the PFC inductor through the optional rear LLC full-bridge/half-bridge circuit.
