新月体肾炎合并IgG4相关性间质性肾炎1例

摘要 患者,女,72岁,因“双下肢水肿3月余”于2022年2月8日入院。患者3月余前无明显诱因出现双下肢水肿,进行性加重。1周前患者出现尿量显著减少,小于400 ml/d,伴乏力,胸闷气急,活动后加重,为求进一步诊治收住入院。既往史:高血压病史20余年,平素硝苯地平控释片30 mg每日2次降压,血压控制尚可,否认其它重大内科疾病史、家族遗传病史。体格检查:血压113/68 mmHg,神清,精神软,颜面部浮肿,眼睑苍白.
