高校学生体育锻炼行为影响因素调查问卷的信效度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价基于健康行动过程取向-社会认知整合理论自行设计的高校学生体育锻炼行为影响因素调查问卷的信度与效度。方法于2022年使用典型抽样法抽取全国多所高校开展问卷星线上调查,最终纳入调查对象328人。使用SPSS 25软件进行社会人口学特征描述、调查问卷的Cronbach′sα系数计算和因子分析。结果问卷整体的Cronbach′sα系数为0.950,14个具体维度的Cronbach′sα系数为0.697~0.935,信度良好。10个公因子可解释问卷全部内容的73.37%,且成分矩阵分布与预期设计一致,结构效度良好。结论问卷整体的信效度较好,可用于测量高校学生体育锻炼整合理论中各变量的内容,但感知障碍相关维度的题目有待修改。 Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of a self-designed questionnaire on influencing factors of physical exercise behaviors amongcollege studentsbased on the integration theory of Health Action Process Approach(HAPA)and Social Cognitive Theory(SCT).Methods In 2022,a typical sampling method was used for carrying out anonline questionnaire surveyamong universities,and a sample of 328 students was obtained.SPSS 25 was used to describe the sociodemographic characteristics of the respondents,and calculateCronbach'sacoefficient and conduct factor analysis.Results Cronbach's α coefficient of the whole questionnaire was 0.950,whileCronbach'sαcoefficients of 14 specific dimensions were 0.697-0.935,showing that the questionnaire had good reliability.The 10 common factors explained 73.37% of the total content,and the distribution of component matrix was consistent with the expected design,which indicated that the questionnaire had good structural validity.Conclusion The overall reliability and validity of the questionnaire was good,and it could be used to measure the content in the integrated theory of physical exercise of college students.But the questions related to the Perceived Barrier dimensionneed to be modified.
