摘要
人腺病毒(HAdV)是一种重要的病原体,其分子分型对于了解HAdV的生物学、流行病学和种属结构均至关重要。目前传统的血清学方法已确定了1~51种血清型,但该方法存在一定局限性。新型的基因分型方法主要根据五邻体蛋白、六邻体蛋白和纤维蛋白的序列分析确定了52~113型,其他新型HAdV的确定也主要依据基因组序列分析。因此,未来全面了解HAdV的分子分型方法及作用机制,可以为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Human adenovirus(HAdV)is an important pathogen,and its molecular typing is essential for understanding the biology,epidemiology and species structure of HAdV.At present,1-51 serotypes have been identified by traditional methods,but the method has limitations.The new genotyping method has identified 52-113 type,mainly based on the sequence analysis of penton-base,hexon and fiber,and novel HAdV typing is also mainly based on genomic sequence analysis.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the molecular typing method and mechanism of HAdV in the future can provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
