摘要
随着微创技术的发展, 脊柱内镜治疗逐渐成为治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的主要方式。结合不同脊柱内镜手术方式的优势, 选择最适合的手术方式可以提升患者手术疗效, 减少并发症发生。本文就脊柱内镜治疗LDH不同手术入路的进展进行综述。
With the development of minimal invasive technology,spinal endoscopic has gradually become the main treatment option for lumbar disc herniation.Combining with the advantages of different spinal endoscopic and choosing the most suitable operative approach can improve the surgical result and reduce the complications.This article reviews the application progress of spine endoscopic in different operative approach for treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
