摘要
目的探讨患者需求导向的Pender模式健康教育对脑梗死患者应对能力及自我管理能力的影响。方法选取武汉市普仁医院于2020年1月至2023年1月收治的86例脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分为2组。对照组43例给予常规护理,观察组43例给予患者需求导向的Pender模式健康教育护理,比较2组患者的应对能力、生活方式及自我管理能力变化情况。结果护理6个月后,2组医学应对问卷中的面对评分均高于护理前,屈服和回避评分均低于护理前(P均<0.05);观察组的面对评分高于对照组,屈服和回避评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。护理6个月后,观察组吸烟、饮酒、饮食偏咸、缺乏运动、高脂低钙饮食和性情易急剧变化的不良生活方式发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。护理6个月后,2组的自我护理能力测定量表各维度评分均较护理前升高(P均<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论患者需求导向的Pender模式健康教育能够提高脑梗死患者的应对能力及自我管理能力,改善其生活方式。
Objective To explore the effect of patient demand-oriented health education of Pender's model on the coping ability and self-management ability of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction at Wuhan Puren Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were evenly divided into two groups via random number table method.The 43 cases in the control group received routine nursing,while the 43 cases in the observation group received patient demand-oriented health education nursing of Pender's model.The changes in coping ability,lifestyle,and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of nursing care,the confrontation scores of the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire in the two groups were higher than those before nursing care,and the resignation and avoidance scores were lower than those before nursing care(all P<0.05).The observation group had higher confrontation scores and lower resignation and avoidance scores than the control group(all P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing care,the incidence of unhealthy lifestyle behaviors such as smoking,alcohol consumption,overly salty diet,lack of physical activity,high fat and low calcium diet,and emotional lability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing care,the scores of each dimension of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency in the two groups increased compared with those before nursing care(all P<0.05),and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patient demand-oriented health education of Pender's model can improve the coping ability and self-management ability of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve their lifestyle.
