摘要
预制装配式桥梁结构整体计算有两种常规算法,一种方法是横向分布系数计算法,该方法根据桥梁横向布置先计算单片梁的横向分布系数,再根据横向分布系数建立单梁的空间有限元模型进行模拟计算;另一种方法是梁格法,该方法将由多片单梁组成的预制装配式桥梁上部结构任意区段内的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度等效于邻近的梁格内,形成具有纵向、横向刚度的空间网格结构:网格的纵梁即为实际的单梁结构,纵向刚度即为实际单梁结构的刚度;网格的横梁则是将上部结构的弯曲刚度和抗扭刚度按照桥梁的跨度和宽度进行大致均匀的划分之后得到的横向结构。以辽宁清原抽水蓄能电站进/出水口拦污栅桥梁项目为工程背景,对该桥梁应用上述两种结构算法进行了有限元计算,并对计算结果进行了详细的对比分析,可为预制装配式桥梁结构的设计及计算提供参考。
There are two conventional algorithms for the overall calculation of prefabricated bridge structure.One is the transverse distribution coefficient calculation method.This method first calculates the transverse distribution coefficient of single beam according to the transverse arrangement of the bridge,and then establishes the spatial finite element model of single beam according to the transverse distribution coefficient for simulation calculation.The other method is the grillage method.In this method,the bending stiffness and torsional stiffness in any section of the superstructure of the prefabricated bridge composed of multiple single beams are equivalent to those in the adjacent grillage,forming a plane or space grid structure with longitudinal and transverse stiffness.The longitudinal beam of the grid is the actual single beam structure,and the longitudinal stiffness is the stiffness of the actual single beam structure.The beam of the grid is a transverse virtual structure obtained by roughly dividing the bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of the superstructure according to the span and width of the bridge.Based on the engineering background of the trash rack bridge project at the inlet and outlet of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station in Liaoning Province,the finite element calculation of the bridge is carried out by using the above two structural algorithms,and the calculation result are compared and analyzed in detail,which can provide reference for the design and calculation of prefabricated bridge structure.
