摘要
目的探讨金匮肾气丸合桃红四物汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型老年心衰患者的效果。方法选择2019年8月至2022年1月收治的90例气虚血瘀型老年心衰患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加金匮肾气丸合桃红四物汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的舒张期室间隔厚度(IVST)、舒张期左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)和左室质量指数(LVMI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸合桃红四物汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型老年心衰患者效果满意,能够改善心室重塑功能,减轻氧化应激损伤。
Objective To explore the effect of Jinkui Shenqi pill combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted from August 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jinkui Shenqi pill combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT)and the left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi pill combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.It can improve ventricular remodeling function and reduce oxidative stress injury.
