摘要 为了合理补偿选矿机械精密零件钻孔误差,提出选矿机械精密零件钻孔误差补偿方法。构建选矿机械精密零件钻孔加工机床运动学模型以及空间变换关系,分析选矿机械精密零件钻孔动态误差,创建B样条曲面条件下的选矿机械精密复杂零件回归模型,利用该模型获取零件钻孔实时检测曲面数据,以此得到选矿机械精密零件钻孔偏差;最后采用莫兰指数法将偏差分解为系统误差与随机误差,根据二者的大小完成对选矿机械精密零件钻孔的误差补偿。实验证明:该方法能够对选矿机械精密零件钻孔误差实施合理分解,有效补偿钻孔误差,对不同规格的选矿机械精密零件钻孔也可以保持较好的加工精度。 A method of drilling error compensation for precision parts of mining machinery is proposed to reasonably compensate the drilling error of precision parts of mining machinery,which improves the drilling precision of precision parts of mining machinery,and enhances the operation precision and safety of mining machinery.The kinematic model of drilling machine tool for precision mining machinery parts and the space transformation relationship are constructed,and combined with the characteristics of parts processing,the dynamic drilling errors of precision mining machinery parts are analyzed,and the errors are divided into two types:systematic errors and random errors.The regression model of precision complex parts of mining machinery is established under the condition of B-spline surface,and the real-time detection surface data of drilling parts are obtained by using this model,so as to obtain the drilling deviation of precision parts of mining machinery.The deviation is decomposed into systematic error and random error by Moran index method.According to the magnitude of the two errors,the error compensation of drilling for precision mining machinery parts is completed by modifying the relevant code of CNC system of machining machine tool.Experimental results show that this method can decompose the drilling error of precision parts of mining machinery reasonably,compensate the drilling error effectively,and maintain good machining accuracy for different specifications of drilling precision parts of mining machinery.
