摘要
癫痫是中枢神经系统反复、过度同步化、异常放电导致的大脑功能障碍。癫痫的具体发病机制异常复杂,西医学对其治疗效果目前仍存在一定局限。近年来中医对癫痫治疗相关的研究逐渐广泛。陈幸生教授为全国中老名医继承人,长期从事脑血管的基础与临床研究工作,在治疗癫痫上有丰富的临床经验和研究。陈教授认为癫痫病位在脑,病机在于脏腑之气不足,阴阳失衡,经络痹阻,阳气不上,而痰瘀夹风上扰神明,致使髓海失养,清窍受蒙。治法当以通督治神,补髓定志,调和阴阳。芒针透刺结合艾灸百会可促进经气运行,调整气血、阴阳,临床验之确有疗效。
Epilepsy is a brain dysfunction caused by repeated,excessive synchronization,and abnormal discharges in the central nervous system.The specific pathogenesis of epilepsy is extremely complex,and the therapeutic effect of Western medicine still has certain limitations.In recent years,TCM research on the treatment of epilepsy has become increasingly widespread.Professor CHEN Xingsheng is the heir to a nationally renowned doctor.He has long been engaged in basic and clinical research on cerebrovascular diseases and has rich clinical experience and research in the treatment of epilepsy.Professor CHEN believes that epilepsy is located in the brain,and the pathogenesis lies in insufficient Qi in the organs,imbalance of Yin and Yang,blockage of the meridians,and lack of Yang Qi.Phlegm and blood stasis combined with wind disturb the gods,resulting in loss of nourishment of the marrow sea and obstruction of the clear orifices.The method of treatment should be to regulate the mind,replenish the marrow and stabilize the mind,and reconcile Yin and Yang.Penetrating acupuncture with acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Baihui can promote the movement of menstrual Qi,adjust Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,and clinical trials have proven to be effective.
