Continuing to promote cultural prosperity,build a culturally powerful country,and build a modern Chinese civilization at a new starting point is our new cultural mission in the new era.Rewriting the history of civilization,respecting the characteristics of any civilization and its development,reshaping the concept of civilization,transcending civilization barrier concept,the clash of civilization theory,and civilization superiority theory that do not conform to facts,planting the fertile soil of Chinese civilization,and building a Chinese discourse on the writing of human civilization are the theoretical requirements for building a modern Chinese civilization.
