摘要
针对海上桥桩主墩基础特殊的地质条件和施工作业环境,文章提出一种新型的多钻机组合施工技术,采用全套管全回转钻机下放超长钢套管护壁,钢套管下至岩面,有效防止了成孔过程中出现的塌孔问题;覆盖层采用旋挖机套管内取土,硬岩钻进采取气举反循环钻机(RCD)回转钻进,有效保证了成桩效率和质量。
In view of the special geological conditions and construction environment of the main pier foundation of offshore bridge piles,a new type of multi-drilling rig combination construction technology is proposed.The fully-casing rotary drilling rig is used to lower the superlong steel casing for wall protection,and the steel casing is lowered to the rock surface,which effectively prevents the hole collapse problem in the hole forming process.In the overburden layer,the soil is taken in the casing pipe of the rotary excavator,and the hard rock drilling is carried out by the air-lift reverse circulation drilling rig(RCD)for rotary drilling,which effectively ensures the efficiency and quality of the pile formation.
