黄河流域天然径流量还原及一致性处理方法研究 被引量:2

Study on Natural Runoff Reduction and Consistency Treatment Methods in the Yellow River Basin

摘要 人类活动导致下垫面发生变化,黄河天然径流量的系列一致性受到影响,难以支撑流域现状条件下的水资源配置。以黄河中游下垫面变化剧烈、天然径流量减少程度显著的典型支流无定河为例,采用曼-肯德尔检验法和年降水径流双累积曲线法对天然径流量系列一致性进行判别,采用降水径流相关法开展现状下垫面条件下的一致修正,修正结果表明,白家川断面现状下垫面条件下多年平均天然径流量为9.58亿m^(3),较第二次全国水资源调查评价(简称“二调”)成果减少1.93亿m^(3),减少幅度为16.8%。将上述方法推广至黄河流域,分析得出黄河流域现状下垫面条件下天然径流量为490亿m^(3),较天然时期下垫面条件下580亿m^(3)减少了15.5%,较“二调”下垫面条件下534.8亿m^(3)减少了8.4%。 The series consistency of the natural runoff of the Yellow River is affected by the changes in the substratum due to human activities,which makes it difficult to support the water allocation under the current conditions of the basin.In this paper,we took the Wuding River,a typical tributary in the middle reaches of the Yellow River,which has a significant reduction in the natural runoff,as an example,and used the Mann-Kendall test and the double cumulative curve method of annual precipitation and runoff to discriminate the consistency of natural runoff series,and used the correlation method of precipitation and runoff to carry out the consistent correction under the current conditions of the sub-base.The correction result shows that the multi-year average natural runoff volume in the current lower mat condition of the Baijiachuan section is 958 million m^(3),which is 193 million m^(3) less than that of the result of the"second survey",with a reduction of 16.8%.Extending the method of this paper to the Yellow River Basin,the analysis shows that the natural runoff in the Yellow River Basin is 49 billion m^(3),which is 15.5%less than the 58 billion m^(3) in the natural period,and 8.4%less than the 53.48 billion m^(3) in the"second survey"basin.
