深部高应力破碎矿床下向进路充填采矿法盘区卸荷回采应用研究 被引量:6

Application Research on Panel Unloading Mining of Downward Drift Filling Mining Method in Deep Broken Deposit Under High Stress

摘要 针对高应力条件下深部破碎矿床开采中存在的底鼓、侧帮垮塌和侧鼓地压危害,设计了基于盘区卸荷开采的下向大尺寸进路充填采矿法盘区卸荷回采方案。通过GOCAD软件建立大型精确矿体仿真模型,并转换成FLAC3D数值模型进行计算分析,结果表明:盘区卸荷回采对水平应力的卸荷效果明显,分层采用两步骤进路开采顺序有助于改善盘区卸荷效果。盘区卸荷回采现场应力监测结果表明,卸荷回采盘区进路水平应力总体来说有较大的下降,平均卸荷约23%,回采进路收敛处于稳定状态,且大孔掏槽控制爆破回采大断面进路提高了盘区采矿效率,试验盘区生产能力达1200 t/d,贫化率为5.0%,损失率为4.5%,采矿直接成本基本控制在(71±2)元/t,取得了良好的技术经济指标。 Aiming at the hazards of floor heave,side wall collapse and side heave ground pressure in the mining of deep broken deposits under high stress conditions,a panel unloading mining scheme based on panel unloading mining and downward large-size drift filling mining method was designed.The simulation model of large accurate orebody was established by GOCAD software,and converted into FLAC3D numerical model for calculation and analysis.The results show that the unloading effect of panel unloading mining on horizontal stress is obvious,and the two-step drift mining sequence is helpful to improve the unloading effect of panel.The stress monitoring results of the unloading mining site in the panel show that the horizontal stress of the unloading mining panel is generally greatly reduced,with an average unloading rate of about 23%.The convergence of the mining drift is in a stable state,and the large-size drift of the large-hole cutting controlled blasting mining improves the mining efficiency of the panel.The production capacity of the test panel reaches 1200 t/d,the dilution rate is 5.0%,the loss rate is 4.5%,and the direct cost of mining is basically controlled at(71±2)RMB/t,which has achieved good technical and economic indicators.
