摘要
目的系统评价透明质酸钠联合A型肉毒毒素治疗面部皱纹的有效性和安全性。方法检索Embase、PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网和万方等数据库,检索时间为建库至2022年4月8日。根据纳入标准及排除标准筛选文献,参考Cochrane手册和NOS量表进行文献质量评价,采用Revman 5.4软件对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入17篇文献,包含随机临床对照试验篇和回顾性研究,共计2284例患者,治疗组(A型肉毒素注射联合透明质酸钠)1142例,对照组(单独注射A型肉毒毒素)1142例。Meta分析结果:治疗组的有效率、维持时间、患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的不良反应、复发情况均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠联合A型肉毒毒素在治疗面部皱纹方面具有一定的优势,但由于受纳入研究的数量和质量限制,针对面部不同皱纹,二者联合使用时,如何配比能够获得更好的疗效值得继续被探索。
Objective Exploring the Meta-analysis of the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with botulinum toxin in the treatment of facial wrinkles.Methods Databases such as Embase,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China Knowledge Network(CNKI),and Wanfang database were searched from the date of establishment to 8 April 2022.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the Cochrane Handbook and NOS scale were consulted for literature quality evaluation,and a meta-analysis was performed on the included literature using Revman 5.4 software.Results A total of 17 publications were included in this study,including randomized controlled clinical trials and retrospective studies,with a total of 2284 patients,1142 in the treatment group(botulinum toxin type A combined with sodium hyaluronate)and 1142 in the control group(botulinum toxin type A alone).Meta-analysis results:The effective rate,maintenance time,and patient satisfaction of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The adverse reactions and recurrence rates of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate in combination with botulinum toxin type A has some advantages in the treatment of facial wrinkles,but due to the limitation of the number and quality of the included studies,it is worthwhile to continue to explore how the combination of the two can achieve better efficacy when used for different facial wrinkles.
