摘要
目的:探究鼻渊通窍颗粒辅助鼻腔清洗对儿童腺样体肥大合并变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选2022年3月至2023年3月河北中西医结合儿童医院收治的腺样体肥大合并变应性鼻炎患儿120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患儿给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联合鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗,2组患儿均连续治疗6周。统计2组患儿治疗前后鼻塞、流涕、打鼾症状评分及总得分;患儿血清中IL-4、IL-8以及IFN-γ的表达水平变化,腺体肥大程度(A/N值)和睡眠质量(PSQI评分)。结果:治疗后,2组患儿鼻塞、流涕、打鼾症状评分及总得分均降低,且观察组各项症状评分及总得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2组患儿IL-4、IL-8和IFN-γ水平均得到改善,且观察组各项血清炎症介质水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2组患儿A/N比值均减小,且观察组患儿A/N比值小于对照组(均P<0.05);2组患儿PSQI评分均显著降低,且观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,鼻渊通窍颗粒辅助鼻腔清洗能够改善腺样体肥大合并变应性鼻炎患儿血清炎症介质水平和临床症状,减小腺体肥大程度,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effects of the clinical efficacy and sleep quality of Biyuan Tongqiao Particles combined with nasal cleaning in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy and allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:Choose 120 cases of adenoid hypertrophy and allergic rhinitis in our hospital from March 2022 to March 23.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated by mamson nose spray combined with eucalyptus olita-cytohic-soluble soft capsules.Patients in the observation group were treated by the Biyuan Tongqiao Particles combined with nasal cleaning on the basis of the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for 6 weeks.The symptoms scores and total scores of nasal congestion,runny nose and snoring Changes in the expression levels of IL-4,IL-8 and IFN-γin the serum of patients,degree of gland hypertrophy(A/N value)and sleep quality(PSQI score)before and after treatment were counted in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the two groups of patients had a decrease in nasal congestion,runny nose,snoring symptoms and total scores,and the scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than the control group.The levels of patients IL-4,IL-8 and IFN-γhave been improved,and the level of serum inflammatory mediators in the observation group is better than the control group,and the differences are statistically significant(P s<0.05).The A/N ratio of the two groups are reduced than before,and the A/N ratio of the patient in the observation group is less than the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the two groups of patients are significantly reduced,and the PSQI score of the observation group is significantly lower than the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,the Biyuan Tongqiao Particles combined with nasal cleaning can improve the level of serum inflammatory mediators and clinical symptoms of patients with adenoid hypertrophy and allergic rhinitis,reduce the large level of adenal hypertrophy,and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
