摘要
目的:探讨精神分裂症患者事件相关电位P300检测结果与暴力行为的关系。方法:回顾性收集2023年1月~2023年6月期间于我院就诊的93例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,根据暴力风险评估标准将其分为低暴力倾向组(19例)、中暴力倾向组(33例)、高暴力倾向组(41例)。测定3组患者P300潜伏期与波幅的检测结果,统计1 w之内3组患者发生暴力行为情况,并分析暴力行为与P300电位变化之间的相关性。结果:经相关电位P300检测,3组中P300潜伏期比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);P300波幅随着暴力倾向升高呈明显下降趋势,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);1w之内共发生80起暴力事件,随着暴力倾向越高暴力事件发生率越大,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);经logistics回归,P300潜伏期、波幅为患者暴力行为的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者事件相关电位P300潜伏期及波幅与暴力行为有一定相关性,可作为临床评估患者短期暴力行为的可参考指标。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between event related potential(P300)and violent behavior in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:The clinical data of 93 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were retrospectively collected,and they were divided into low violence tendency group(19 cases),medium violence tendency group(33 cases)and high violence tendency group(41 cases)according to the violence risk assessment criteria.The detection results of P300 latency and amplitude were measured in 3 groups.Violent behavior occurred in 3 groups within 1 week,and the correlation between violent behavior and P300 potential was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in P300 latency between the three groups(P>0.05).The amplitude of P300 decreased significantly with the increase of violent tendency,with statistical difference(P<0.05).A total of 80 violent incidents occurred within 1 week,with the higher the violent tendency,the higher the incidence of violent incidents,with statistical difference(P<0.05).logistics regression showed that the incubation period and amplitude of P300 were independent influencing factors of violent behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion:The latency and amplitude of event related potential P300 in schizophrenia patients are correlated with violent behavior,which can be used as a reference index for clinical evaluation of short-term violent behavior in patients.
