既有框架结构的高标准抗震加固改造设计探讨 被引量:9

摘要 对于抗震设防烈度提高,抗震措施要加强的高标准抗震加固改造,对比了直接加固法、消能减震加固法、增加钢支撑加固法、改变结构形式等加固方法。通过对比发现,将框架结构改造为框架-抗震墙结构,设置足够多的剪力墙,大部分构件可不需要加固,原结构抗震构造措施能够满足要求,是高标准抗震加固改造中经济性较好的加固方法。对于改变结构体系后抗震等级仍需提高的结构,按照“高承载力、低延性”的加固思路,使原结构抗震构造措施能够满足要求。通过一幼儿园的抗震加固改造实例,对加固方案、加固效果等进行了探讨。可为学校、养老院、医院等建筑的抗震加固改造提供借鉴。 It is a high standard seismic reinforcement and retrofitting of buildings when the seismic fortification intensity needs to be improved and the seismic measures need to be strengthened.Four reinforcement methods were compared,such as direct reinforcement method,seismic energy dissipation reinforcement method,addition of steel bracing reinforcement method and method of changing structural form.It is found that transforming the frame structure into frame-wall structure is a more economical reinforcement method.Most components do not need reinforcement and details of seismic design of the original structure can meet the requirements by setting enough shear walls.For structures whose seismic grade still needs to be raised after changing the structural form,details of seismic design of the original structure can be met according to the reinforcement idea of“large bearing capacity and low ductility”.Based on the seismic strengthening and retrofitting of a kindergarten,the setting of walls,reinforcement contents and reinforcement effect were discussed.The results of this paper can provide reference for the seismic strengthening and retrofitting of buildings such as schools,nursing homes,hospitals,etc.
