摘要
我国饲料原料短缺问题日益突出,急需进行豆粕减量替代,大力拓展开发能够有效替代豆粕的饲料蛋白资源。我国农副产品中的多种粕类资源均可作为优良的豆粕替代原料,直接或经物化、生物等预处理后用于动物生产。本文综述了菜籽粕、棉籽粕、棕榈粕以及花生粕等其他杂粕的饲用营养价值,在动物生产中的应用现状及存在问题,以期为粕类资源的饲料化开发及在豆粕减量替代中的应用提供参考。
The shortage of feed is becoming increasingly prominent in China,and it is urgent to reduce and replace soybean meal,vigorously expand the development of feed protein resources that can effectively replace soybean meal.A variety of meal resources in China’s agricultural and sideline products can be used as excellent substitution for soybean meal,and can be used in animal production directly or through physical,chemical,biological and other pre-treatments.In this paper,the nutritional value,application status and existing problems of rapeseed meal,cottonseed meal,palm meal and peanut meal and other miscellaneous meal in animal production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the feed development of meal resources and its application in soybean meal reduction and substitution.
