摘要
电池系统建模对储能电池配置及能量管理系统策略等具有重要支撑作用。目前在电池组建模研究中应用参数生成方法时未考虑电池规模对模型训练速度及精度的影响,且适用的电池体系及运行工况较为单一。因此针对储能电站中不一致性显著的大规模电池组,基于少量电池样本参数的电池组建模问题展开研究,提出了基于变分自编码器的电池组一致性参数生成方法,研究了单体模型精度提升方法,建立了单体级别的电池组仿真建模并验证。通过参数统计特性和参数间相关系数计算及仿真结果,验证生成电池参数与原始参数的一致性高,多角度阐明了变分自编码器在电池参数生成方面应用的优越性。
The battery system modeling is significant for battery energy storage system configuration and energy management strategy.Nowadays,the effect of battery scale on modeling training speed and accuracy is not considered when applying the parameter generation method in the battery pack modeling research,and the battery system and operating conditions are considered relatively single.Therefore,aiming at the large-scale battery pack with inconsistency in energy storage power station,the battery pack modeling problem based on a small number of battery sample parameters is studied,and a battery pack consistency parameter generation method based on variational autoencoder is proposed,and the accuracy improvement method of the monomer model is studied,and the simulation modeling and verification of the monomer level battery pack is established.Through the statistical characteristics of parameters,the calculation of correlation coefficient between parameters and simulation results,it is proved that the generated battery parameters have high consistency with the original parameters,and the superiority of variational autoencoder in the generation of battery parameters is clarified from multiple angles.
